Pre-Requisite: None

Course Description: This 8-10 hour period of instruction is intended to introduce the student to the many varied aspects of home self-defense. This course will be taught using visual aid supported classroom instruction.

Lesson 5: Physical Fitness

Lesson 6: Unarmed Defensive Skills

Lesson 7: Self-Defense Tools

Lesson 8: Formal Self-Defense Training

Lesson 9: Practice Regimen

Lesson 10: Wrap Up

Upon completion of this Home Defense Overview (course) Module, the student will possess the fundamental and necessary knowledge to participate and appreciate the Additional Four Modules.

Requirements:

• Notepad and Pen
• Lose-fitting (preferably "tactical") Clothing
• Closed-toe (preferably "tactical") Foot-wear
• Baseball/Operator Type Hat
• Heavy (gun/operator/tactical/riggers) Belt
• Willingness to Participate in Selected "Immediate Action Drills"
