Course Description: This 4-6 hour period of instruction is intended to educate the student in Disaster Preparation. This course will be taught using visual aid supported classroom instruction & practical application.

Lesson 5: Trigger Events - Family Planning

Lesson 6: Security - Preparing Your Home

Lesson 7: Weather - Preparing Your Home

Lesson 8: Supplies - Preparing Your Home

Lesson 9: Extended Disaster

Lesson 10: Wrap Up

Upon completion of this Disaster Preparedness (course) Module, the student will possess the fundamental and necessary knowledge to participate and appreciate the Additional Four Modules.

Requirements:

• Notepad and Pen
• Lose-fitting (preferably "tactical") Clothing
• Closed-toe (preferably "tactical") Foot-wear
• Baseball/Operator Type Hat
• Heavy (gun/operator/tactical/riggers) Belt
• Willingness to participate in selected "Immediate Action Drills"
